Shipping & Returns

Shipping is to Canada only. Sorry, no international orders at this time.

Local pickup is available in Edmonton, Alberta

Shipping costs is fixed at $8.50 - flat rate across in Western Canada (BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan) &  $11.50 to Eastern Canada (Manitoba all the way to PEI).

All items will be shipped Expedited Parcel through Canada Post.

Orders received on the weekend will be shipped on Monday morning. In case of a holiday, they'll be shipped the next business day.

Returns: 

Any change requests after your order has been submitted cannot be guaranteed

All returns will be exchange or credit only. When exchanging shoes/clothing, only unused items will be accepted. Please notify Sprogs by emailing info@sprogs.ca if you have any concerns.
